Refund policy
We want you to love every piece you receive from Nazaakat by Pri. In case something isn’t quite right, here’s what you need to know:
Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 48 hours of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
• The product seal must be intact and unopened
• The exchange request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging
Store Credit: We do not offer direct refunds. However, if your return meets the above conditions, we are happy to issue a store credit which can be used for your next purchase.
Please Note: Returns or exchanges initiated after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
