How do I place an order?
Simply browse through our collections, select your preferred style and size, and proceed to checkout. It’s that easy!
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Order modifications or cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us immediately at contact@nazaakatbypri.com or 9818078984.

SHIPPING

Do you deliver all over India?
We deliver to most pincodes across India. You can check serviceability at checkout by entering your pincode.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹2,000. For orders below ₹2,000, shipping charges will be applied at checkout based on your location and order weight.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to follow your parcel in real time.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
COD is available on select pincodes across India. You will be able to see COD availability at checkout.
What happens if I refuse a COD order at delivery?
In case of a refused COD delivery, a shipping charge of ₹150 will be levied against your account.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns?
We do not accept direct returns. However, we do accept exchange requests and issue store credit where applicable.
How do I initiate an exchange?
Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us at contact@nazaakatbypri.com or 9818078984 with your order details and reason for exchange.
What are the conditions for an exchange?
• The product seal must be intact and unopened
• The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging
What if I miss the 48 hour window?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any exchange or return requests after 48 hours of delivery.

STORE CREDIT

How does store credit work?
If your return meets our exchange conditions, we will issue store credit equivalent to the order value, which can be used for your next purchase on Nazaakat by Pri.
How long is store credit valid?
Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
How do I use my store credit?
Your store credit will be applied automatically or via a unique code at checkout. Our support team will guide you through the process.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit & Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (on select pincodes).
What do I do if my payment fails?
Please retry after a few minutes or try a different payment method. If the amount has been debited but the order was not placed, please contact us at contact@nazaakatbypri.com and we will resolve it within 48 hours.

How do I find my size?
Here’s our size guide based on bust measurements:

M- 38 bust , L- 40 , XL -42 , 2xl -44 , 3xl -46 ( make it like a table )

May there be a slight colour variation in the product?
Yes, slight colour variations may occur due to different screen resolutions and lighting conditions during photography. We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible.

How do I care for my ethnic wear?
We recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand wash for most ethnic wear. Specific care instructions will be mentioned on the product label.
